Greater Than
Greater Than wants to improve road freight transports´ profitability and reduce its carbon footprint. We develop methods and IT applications, proven to reduce CO2 emissions, improve driver´s work environment and increases profitability. We provide a benchmark that makes it possible to compare fuel consumption regardless of type vehicle and other conditions. We designed an IT application that measure and understand Driver Fuel Efficiency with improved fuel consumption as a proven result.
Also, by understanding prevailing business models, we all can support the drive towards CO2 reductions, if we:
- Encourage transport buyers to incentivise hauliers manage their processes to deliver the best in fuel efficiency.
- Encourage transport providers to benchmark against others that operate to a standard Good Practice driver performance.
